So we've now been given the go ahead to re-open.  I've spent much of the weekend planning and putting policies into place, not the most exciting - but very important for the well being of both our guests and my household. I have been accredited from Visit England to show that I have policies and procedures in place to be able to open safely. I have decided that there will be no back to back bookings, every room will be rested for several days before being cleaned and prepared for the next guests.
